TAC Appointments
If you are a client with the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), use this page to make a appointment at PsyAx.
You can only make a TAC appointment if you are a TAC client and have a current TAC mental health treatment plan.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

Weekday Appointments in Business Hours
If your appointment is on a weekday between 8:30am and 5:30pm, please come to PsyAx head office on level 27 at 101 Collins St, Melbourne. (If your appointment is at 5:30pm, come to 101 Collins St.)
Catch the train to Flinders St or Parliament stations then walk for 10 minutes or catch a tram.
By tram, take the number 11, 12, 48 or 109 tram along Collins St and get off at the "101 Collins Street" stop (stop 7). PsyAx head office is easy to get to by car and is close to CityLink. There are many off-street car parking options near PsyAx head office. |
After Hours & Saturday Appointments
If your appointment is 6:00pm or later on a weekday or any time on a Saturday, please wait inside the front lounge of the Grand Hyatt at 123 Collins St, Melbourne.
If you arrive at the Russell St entrance of the Grand Hyatt, take the escalator up to the Collins St lounge.
We will meet you at the Grand Hyatt because it is close to our head office which is locked after hours.
Please leave your mobile phone on. We will come and meet you and take you to the office.
