Pay by Direct Debit

To pay for your PsyAx neuropsychological assessment by direct debit, please contact 1300 455 677 or info@psyax.com.au for a tax invoice.  The tax invoice will include your reference number which you need to make payment.

Please note that, if you pay by direct debit, your assessment cannot proceed until payment has been confirmed.

Pay by Credit Card

To pay for your PsyAx neuropsychological assessment by credit card, click on the product image below.

If you pay by credit card, you can start your PsyAx neuropsychological assessment straightaway.

Please note that you need to use a desktop computer or tablet to complete payment.  Don't use your mobile phone to pay.  It is not yet possible to pay using a mobile phone browser.

Once you have paid, we will email you a tax invoice.  It may take up to one hour for the invoice to arrive in your inbox.  Please be patient.

The tax invoice will also tell you how to access the intake surveys so you can start your PsyAx neuropsychological assessment straightaway.
